The pack includes the headline car, a 1995 Grotti Cheetah, which Rockstar describes as a take on the Ferrari Testarossa. Players also receive a set of Hawk & Little Morgan revolvers for dual protagonists Lucia and Jason, complete with exclusive engravings.

The bonus content extends to safehouse vehicles for Jason, including a Dinka Enduro motorcycle and a Crest kayak. His Vapid Ganado truck receives a retro mod kit, while the protagonists get unique outfits and tattoos. Rockstar has also introduced two special shops for Ultimate Edition owners: Rideout Customs, a tuner shop, and One-Eyed Willies, which specializes in elaborate custom paintwork. The inclusion of these locations raises questions about the availability of vehicle tuning facilities for players who purchase the standard edition.
Rockstar has added a mechanic reminiscent of the “barn finds” system seen in the Forza series. Players can “track down a variety of abandoned classic and work-in-progress project cars and revitalise them to their former glory in this special commission from eccentric collector and local fixer, Wyman.” The Vintage Vice City pack, which is tied to preorders, features vehicles and outfits styled after the ’80s Miami Vice aesthetic of the original 2002 game. Whether players choose to invest in these cosmetic and mechanical additions depends on their preference for the retro aesthetic and the specific vehicles available.
