The Aston Martin Vanquish 25 is a £430,000 limited-edition model marking 25 years since the original 2001 Vanquish debuted. Only 50 units will be produced, split evenly between coupe and convertible (Volante) versions.
Why the name still turns heads
The Vanquish name carries weight in automotive circles, partly thanks to its role in a 2002 James Bond film. The car’s appearance in the movie—alongside its V12 soundtrack—helped cement its reputation as a modern classic.
The special edition was designed and specced by Aston Martin’s Q division. Vittorio Gabba, head of Q, called the Vanquish “a nameplate that defined a chapter in Aston Martin’s history.” The special edition leans into that legacy with design cues meant to evoke the original while adding modern touches. For instance, the original Vanquish’s sharp, angular lines have been softened and refined in the 25th-anniversary model, blending retro inspiration with contemporary aerodynamics.
What £430,000 buys you
The Vanquish 25 wears a custom “Skye Silver” paint finish. Stainless steel side strakes run along the flanks, while metal foil detailing on the sills provides a textured, jewel-like quality. Inside, buyers can choose from three interior color schemes—black, tan, or grey—with black Alcantara headlining. The laser-etched trim inlays feature the Aston Martin wings logo.

The 21-inch wheels feature a lightweight forged construction. The unique perforation patterns on the seats reduce weight while providing additional grip. Under the hood, the 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 produces 818 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque, enough to hit 62 mph in 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 214 mph. Those numbers match the standard Vanquish, which starts at £338,000. The £92,000 premium for the 25th-anniversary edition buys rarity more than outright performance.
The car includes a Q Commission exhaust finisher, special badging on the arches and headrests, and the option of three interior colourways. The original Vanquish’s appearance in the Bond film helped reposition Aston Martin as a purveyor of high-end vehicles.
Aston Martin says interest has been strong, and with production limited to 25 coupes and 25 convertibles, the model is expected to sell out quickly. The original Vanquish sold out rapidly two decades ago, with many buyers placing deposits before the car was unveiled.
